Lutheran Cemetery

Our research revealed that the large white cross is actually in the Catholic Cemetery that is located on the same hill as the St. John's Lutheran Cemetery. The only sign for either cemetery is the one for the Lutheran Cemetery.  Unless you are driving through one or the other you do not realize that they are actually 2 cemeteries with separate drives.  From the road it looks like one medium size cemetery. That should explain the mix up. There is a large white cross. Very noticeable from the road below.  It is located near a mausoleum.   At this time we have only been there in the daytime. We are planning to notify the Peru Police Department before attempting a nighttime investigation.  The area is very well patrolled and we prefer to stay on the right side of the law.
