Little Egypt (Ewald) Cemetery
We arrived at Little Egypt Cemetery at 10:30 pm.  We
were a bit surprised to see that the entire cemetery is
surrounded by a fence which is topped off with 2 strands
of barbed wire.  The gate is padlocked and a plaque(set
in the ground) just inside the gate gives the telephone
number if you wish to enter the cemetery.  While there are
no signs with warnings against trespassing, we thought
the fence and locked gate said it all too plainly.  We did
take pictures from the outside but, all in all the
investigation was not a success due to lack of access to
the actual cemetery.

We also ran into a carload of teenagers that were parked
in front of the cemetery gate.  They were very polite and
asked why we were there.  When we explained our
purpose in being there they seemed surprised and
offered a lot of "helpful" suggestions for gaining entry into
the cemetery.  They left and we took our pictures from
outside.  As we were leaving the area about 30 minutes
later, the same carload of teenagers came back.
